Bridgewaterland is wholly owned by Jim Bridgewater who co-purchased his first major property, of 591 acres south of Calgary, in 1966.  Since this first project, Jim has been involved with the purchase, subdivision, development, and/or marketing of 19 other properties in the rural Calgary area. 

Our success as a company is attributed to our expertise in land banking strategic land parcels that are directly in the path of development. Bridgewaterland also has contributed to Calgary neighborhoods through Jim’s vision and commitment to excellence in development.
